Suhana is an admitted attorney and pivotal leader at Invequity, where she manages the service, operations, risk, and compliance sectors, along with pre- and post-investment governance and support. A proud alumnus of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, she holds both a Bachelor of Arts and an LLB degree, underpinning her profound legal acumen.

Further enhancing her expertise, Suhana has acquired certifications in Risk & Compliance Management from the University of Johannesburg and the University of Cape Town. She has been a practicing attorney since 2008, and she has amassed extensive experience across various domains of law, operations, risk management, governance, and compliance. Her comprehensive skill set is further demonstrated through her active participation on multiple company boards.
