Megan is the Head of Legal Services at Invequity, where she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Megan completed her BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of Johannesburg in 2009. Following her academic achievements, she completed her articles and advanced to serve as a senior associate at a top-tier law firm in Sandton.

With extensive legal experience in commercial, corporate, and private equity law, Megan has played a crucial role in implementing numerous structures, mergers, and acquisitions for Invequity, its investment portfolio, and its clients. Her strategic approach and keen understanding of complex legal frameworks have consistently delivered successful outcomes.

Megan is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to navigate the intricacies of legal regulations and business requirements. She has been instrumental in structuring deals that optimize value and mitigate risks, displaying her prowess in both legal and business domains.
