Daniella is the Risk, Governance, and Compliance Officer at Invequity and is responsible for ensuring compliance across all areas of the company as well as ensuring post-implementation compliance of all private equity funds. As a graduate of the University of Pretoria, Daniella received her master’s degree and was admitted as an attorney in 2011. She also completed the SAVCA Foundation programme in Private Equity which has helped further the success of Invequity and their clients. Daniella further holds an online short course qualification from the University of Cape Town in Compliance Essentials completed 2 May 2022. Daniella oversees the compliance matrixes ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, Protection of Personal Information Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Financial Services Conduct Authority and several other regulatory and legislative prescriptions to ensure well managed, high compliance standards are met, always well within required deadlines and targets.

The strength and resilience of these majestic creatures mirror Invequity’s robust position in the financial sector, challenging and reshaping traditional norms and structures. The elephant’s matriarchal society, where leadership and wisdom are passed through generations of females, reflects Invequity’s innovative leadership model, dominated by Black women. This alignment signifies a pivotal shift from conventional corporate paradigms towards a more inclusive and equitable framework.
